Supporting You

If you’re navigating the deep pain of grief, you don’t have to do it alone. Support is available for you in two ways: Through scheduled weekly group sessions where you can connect with others who truly understand, or personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique journey.

Talking about your grief can ease the weight of isolation, help you make sense of overwhelming emotions, and offer a path toward healing. Whether you find comfort in sharing with a small group or prefer the privacy of individual support, you deserve a space where your story is heard and your loss is honored.

Drop-In Group Sessions

A safe, supportive space where you can come as you are. See our calendar for scheduled sessions, maximum 6 attendees so everyone can be heard.

Join us for a virtual weekly drop-in session created just for moms who have experienced the  loss of a child. This is a gentle, supportive space where up to six moms gather each week to share and discuss their journey with grief in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Some moms Zoom in from their car, others from their office or kitchen table. Wherever you are, however you are, you are welcome here.

I’ll have my coffee; you can bring your dinner. This is a 100% judgment-free zone. Speak about your beautiful child, share memories, talk about how siblings are coping, or even tell us about that Netflix show you’ve been watching. We smile, laugh, and sometimes cry together. You matter, grieving Mommas. You are not alone.

One-on-One With Denise

Your child's story matters. I will gently hold space with empathy, listen with my heart, and support you without judgment.

Virtual one-on-one grief support offers individual, gentle, compassionate, and personalized care for those carrying the heavy weight of loss. Sometimes friends, family, or colleagues (though well-meaning) may not fully understand how exhausting, overwhelming, and intense grief can be. In these private sessions, you are met with empathy and patience, without expectations or pressure to "move on."

I am here to hold space for you. To listen, to support, and to walk alongside you at your own pace. This is your time to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that truly honors your experience.
