To protect the integrity and safety of every individual, we ask that all Moms please observe the following guidelines.
 

1. Confidentiality: All information shared in one-on-one sessions, drop-in groups, or other interactions within Hope & Grace will remain strictly confidential. We do not share personal information, session details, or any identifying information. 
    

2. Data Collection: Basic information, such as your name and email address, is collected solely for registration and to keep you informed about Hope & Grace. Your data is kept private and secure, and it will not be shared outside of Hope & Grace.
    

3. Security Measures: We have implemented security measures to protect your information and ensure it remains safe from unauthorized access.
    

4. Respect for Privacy: Please do not share any personal information disclosed in the group. This helps preserve the trust and privacy of all members.
    

5. Be Kind and Non-Judgmental: We all come from different paths of grief, and no two journeys are the same. We all deserve to be heard. 
    

6. Respect Boundaries: Each Mom should feel comfortable expressing only what they choose to share.
    

We are here to speak openly about our journeys.  By adhering to these guidelines, we create a safe environment for everyone.
